RINSE THOROUGHLY WITH WATER REMOVING ANY DEBRIS.
SOAK THE SEA MOSS FOR AT LEAST 4-6 HOURS USING SPRING OR FILTERED WATER.
RINCE AGAIN.
BLEND SEA MOSS IN SPRING OR FILTERED WATER IN A HIGH-SPEED BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH.
POUR INTO A GLASS JAR.
REFRIGERATE TO KEEP COLD AND ALLOW THE GEL TO FORM.
NOTE
IT WILL LAST FOR UP TO 3 WEEKS IN THE FRIDGE.
FREEZE IF DESIRED FOR LONG-TERM STORAGE.
NOTE: 4oz OF SEA MOSS SHOULD MAKE ABOUT 5 PINTS OF GEL.

DOSE & USAGE:
TAKE TWO TABLESPOONS DAILY BY MOUTH OR ADD TO TEA, COFFEE, SOUPS, SMOOTHIES, AND MORE.
RESEAL DRY SEA MOSS IN THIS BAG AND STORE IT IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.
IT WILL LAST FOR UP TO 1 YEAR.
DO NOT REFRIGERATE DRY SEA MOSS.
