HOW TO PREPARE OUR SEA MOSS IN 6 EASY STEPS.

  • RINSE THOROUGHLY WITH WATER REMOVING ANY DEBRIS.

  • SOAK THE SEA MOSS FOR AT LEAST 4-6 HOURS USING SPRING OR FILTERED WATER.

  • RINCE AGAIN.

  • BLEND SEA MOSS IN SPRING OR FILTERED WATER IN A HIGH-SPEED BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH.

  • POUR INTO A GLASS JAR.

  • REFRIGERATE TO KEEP COLD AND ALLOW THE GEL TO FORM.

    NOTE

  • IT WILL LAST FOR UP TO 3 WEEKS IN THE FRIDGE.

  • FREEZE IF DESIRED FOR LONG-TERM STORAGE.

  • NOTE: 4oz OF SEA MOSS SHOULD MAKE ABOUT 5 PINTS OF GEL.

    DOSE & USAGE:

  • TAKE TWO TABLESPOONS DAILY BY MOUTH OR ADD TO TEA, COFFEE, SOUPS, SMOOTHIES, AND MORE.

  • RESEAL DRY SEA MOSS IN THIS BAG AND STORE IT IN A COOL, DRY PLACE.

  • IT WILL LAST FOR UP TO 1 YEAR.

  • DO NOT REFRIGERATE DRY SEA MOSS.
