1. Returns: We do not accept returns on opened or used sea moss items. Once the product has been opened or used, we cannot guarantee its quality and safety, as it may have been compromised.

2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective sea moss product, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you and provide a suitable solution.

3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong sea moss product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you ASAP.

4. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on opened or used sea moss products. Refunds will only be provided for unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and resalable condition.

5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or replacements are the customer's responsibility unless the error was made on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
